Behavior of a 150 A·h lithium-ionic battery in extreme situations

The brief review of the processes arising in Li-ion cells in the cases of abuse is presented. The results of tests on overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit inside the cell and external short circuit for Li-ion cell having capacity of 150 A·h are shown and discussed. The recommendations to minimize the aftergrowths are suggested.

Determination of residual capacity of lithium-fluorocarbon batteries for car-dioelectronics

A pulse method at which a tested chemical power source is discharged by a pulse generated by constant current of special shape, and voltage on a cell is measured before and after pulse action has been developed to determine the degree of dicharge of chemical power sources. The degree of dicharge of a chemical power source is determined using a specially developed algorithm from the values of these voltages and other electrical parameters calculated.

Introduction effect of zirconium ions into the structure of a lithium germanate-vanadate solid electrolyte on its electrical properties

The influence of partial substitution of Zr4+ ions for Ge4+ ions at high conduction solid electrolyte Li3.75Ge0.75V0.25O4 was investigated. It was established that introduction of zirconium ions leads to noticable increasing of electrolyte conductivity and decreasing of activation energy.

Studying of processes of allocation of oxygen and hydrogen on lead-antimony and lead-calcium alloys

Influence of concentration of antimony, tin, cadmium in lead-antimony alloys, also calcium, silver and barium in lead-calcium alloys for speed of allocation of hydrogen and oxygen was studied. It is shown, that alloying lead-antimony alloys cadmium or tin increases overpotential of allocation of hydrogen. The Introduction of cadmium in an alloy also increases overpotential of allocation of oxygen. Tin, on the contrary, causes decrease in overpotential of allocation of oxygen.

Optimization of gas-diffusion cathode for alkaline electrolyte.

The cathodic catalyst based on pyropolymer of tetra(4-methoxyphenyl)- porphyrin cobalt (PP CoTMPP/C) on AD-100 carbon black in alkaline electrolyte was synthesized and investigated. The comparison of specific activity of the catalyst of PP CoTMPP/C in modeling conditions and in structure of gas-diffusion electrode was performed. It was shown the rate of oxygen reduction in modeling conditions is higher to some extent than one in gas-diffusion electrode.

«АКОМ»: аккумулятор лучших идей

13–14 февраля на площадке тольяттинского технопарка «Жигулевская долина» состоялась вторая Международная научно-техническая конференция «Battery Innovation 2020». Ее организаторами выступили Группа компаний «АКОМ» и научно-технический центр «Аккумулятор инноваций». Сегодня эту конференцию можно смело назвать традиционной ежегодной встречей научно-технической элиты в сфере производства и переработки химических источников тока.
