Electrochemical behavior of carbon-fabric electrode materials with titanium and silver coatings

The electrochemical behavior of carbon-fabric electrodes in the pristine state and after modification with titanium (magnetron sputtering), silver (chemical precipitation) and sequential titanium/silver coatings was studied. The effect of metallic coatings on the conductivity, permittivity, and dielectric losses of model symmetric supercapacitors–fabricated using carbon-fabric electrodes, both with and without the coatings– was investigated.

Electrooxidation Kinetics of Formic Acid on Anodically Modified Silver-palladium Alloys

The electrocatalytic activity of electrode materials synthesized by anodic selective dissolution of Ag–Pd alloys based on silver (4 and 8 at. % Pd) was studied. The kinetic laws of the electrooxidation of formic acid on compact palladium and anodically modified Ag,Pd-alloys in an acidic sulphate solution have been established.
