Electrocrystalliзation character of metal-oxide compounds

Abstract: 

Structural characteristics and morphology of the surface of dielectric deposits of V2O5, MnO2, Co2O3 and binary oxide compounds V–Mn, Mn–Ni, Mn–Cr, Co–Ni and Co–Cr compounds were investigated. The probable mechanisms of their formation were considered.
