Электрохимическое поведение катодного материала Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2, полученного в реакциях горения

В работе представлены результаты исследования электрохимических характеристик катодного материала Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2, полученного в реакциях горения. Первоначально получали порошок оксида [CoMnNi]Ox сжиганием раствора нитратов кобальта, никеля и марганца с глицином или с глицином и лимонной кислотой. Синтез Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 вели отжигом порошка смешанного оксида, пропитанного нитратом лития, при 920–970°C. Образцы катодного материала продемонстрировали удельную ёмкость 141–149 мА•ч/г для C/10 и 131–137 мА•ч/г для C/2. Потери энергии при испытаниях аккумуляторов ЛИГП-50 с катодом из Li[Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3]O2 не превышали 30% после 2000 циклов с глубиной разряда 70%.
